Cisco or a Cisco agent will contact you to schedule pickup within three business days of receiving the Takeback and Recycle Program request. With the free prepaid return shipping label, customers can drop-off the package at carrier's location. For customers in the state of New York, they will accept CyberpowerPC branded equipment and one piece of electronic waste of any manufacturer’s brand with the purchase of covered electronic equipment of the same type by a consumer.
 
Anyone with a Dell product can recycle it for free, including free shipping. You can send up to five “systems.” Dell will take back any Dell product for free, even if you aren’t buying a new one. Dell has three options: 1.Mail it back (they pay for shipping, but you box it) 2. Drop it off at a Staples store 3. Drop it off at a participating Goodwill (not available in all states). Their website allows you to print a pre-paid, pre-addressed waybill to return your unwanted Dell-branded and non-Dell branded equipment (with purchase of a new Dell) for recycling. Fill out their Online Waybill Form, print your waybill, and attach it to your packed equipment. Then just follow the instructions on the waybill to contact Fedex for pickup.

IBM participates in a variety of product take back for recycling programs, including programs in certain states where individuals can ship their IBM logoed computer products and peripherals through The UPS Store® and participating Mail Boxes Etc.® centers (UPS uses some Mail Boxes, Etc.®, centers) to IBM recyclers. We do not charge a fee at the time of collection or afterward for this service. Before submitting your computer for take-back, you must remove all personal or confidential information from your hard drive. Products that do not qualify as Covered Equipment in your state will not be accepted for collection or shipment.

Some consumers can receive a FREE UPS return shipping label for qualified products. After entering key information our web application will generate a free printable shipping label. You can then carefully pack up your product, attach the label, and drop your package off at the nearest UPS Drop Off Location.
 
Program targeted at reusing PCs matches donors with people with disabilities, students at risk and economically disadvantaged persons. Enter details about your computer system or components online and NCF will staff or its partners will then seek to match the donated computer technology to one or more of its partner organizations in the geographic area where the equipment is located. These partners are not for profit organizations or public agencies at the local, state or national level that provide education and/or training to people of all ages who have disabilities or who are economically disadvantaged. All partner organizations are pre-screened for eligibility (as a not-for-profit or a public agency), and are required to register project descriptions and sign an Agreement for Award of Property. Donated equipment is generally removed by the partner organizations. Donors can also drop off equipment at a designated location or ship it to the partner organization.

Panasonic Solutions Company offers a recycling program in accordance with environmental standards for products that have reached the end of their life cycles. The program is free to both individuals and organizations.
 
Customers in Hawaii, Maryland, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and municipalities not specifically mentioned above can use their take-back program by completing the form on their website. You can recycle your LCD monitor and other products at no charge.
 
In order to qualify for their recycling program, you must be recycling a unit that has a built-in screen. If you are returning a non-Venturer branded item, call 1-800-252-6123 for your pre-paid label. Only one label per product.
 
The Samsung mailback program allows you to ship any Samsung branded end-of-life product, including televisions up to 50 lbs, to their recycling partner (URT). Provide information about your electronic device, as well as the appropriate mailing address. They will produce a postage paid label for you to print from your printer so the product can be packaged up and sent direct to their facility.
